About the role

As our growth marketing manager, you will be responsible for increasing Bodhi’s website traffic through both paid and organic tactics. You will use your expertise in user behavior and content development to improve conversions across marketing channels, driving a larger audience of solar businesses to get started with Bodhi. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to generate creative marketing campaign ideas and content, deploy those campaigns, and iterate  based on data and analytics. You will also be responsible for analyzing marketing data and reporting findings and recommendations to the leadership team.

  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and report on marketing campaign data
  • Demonstrated success with conversion rate optimization
  • Demonstrated success with SEM and SEO
  • Ability to own marketing collateral creation in support of growth strategies 
  • Up-to-date knowledge on industry best practices
  • Willingness to iterate based on performance data and feedback from management
  • Experience with Hubspot and Product-Led Growth companies is preferred
